All our products come with a back to base warranty, unless other agreements have been made.

All new products have at least a 1-year warranty, some new products have longer warranty periods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The warranties cover any manufacture defects, it does not cover any damage made by the end user and/or 

any environmental damage such as power surges, faulty power boards, water damage, heat, cold.

Before returning any products to us you must give us a call on 0431-431-231 so we can accept the return.

If you do not call us, we will reject any returns and return it to sender.

If there is any damage at the time of delivery you must notify the courier immediately,

if no one was available to collect at the time of delivery you must contact us immediately.

All warranty claims must be sent back at the customers expense, should we find that it is the
manufactures fault we will repair or replace the product and ship it back at our expense.

We do not provide any loan units during the period of the warranty repair.

If you find the products is faulty out of the box please contact us immediately,
if we are notified right away, the customer could avoid shipping charges all together.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund on wrong choices,

we do exchange although the products must be sent back at the

customers expense and a re-stocking fee of $50 will be charged.
